Devon and Cornwall Police Pipes and Drums are a Scottish highland bagpipe and drum band based in Exeter, Devon. The players above are the original band members who joined when we first formed in 2009. Since then we've seen other players come and unfortunately go due to other reasons. Our main priorities are teaching, performing, supporting local charities and getting the great sound of bagpipes and drums out to as many people as possible.
